Conductive nozzle blockage:
Reason: Oxidation or accumulation of impurities on the surface of the welding wire.
Solution: Regularly clean or replace the conductive nozzle.
Gas leakage:
Reason: Loose nozzle or aging sealing ring.
Solution: Check the connection and replace the seal.
Poor wire feeding:
Reason: Wear of wire feeding wheel or bending of welding wire.
Solution: Adjust the wire feeding pressure or replace the wire feeding wheel.
Overheating damage:
Reason: Long term high current welding or insufficient cooling.
Solution: Use a water-cooled welding gun or shorten the continuous working time.
